This year's forum focus is on the local Urbandale City Council race. Running for three open seats currently held by Creighton Cox\, Tom Gayman\, and Mike Carver includes the following people. The forum will be moderated by EJ Giovannetti and questions will be taken from the audience. If you are interested in submitting a question for all of the candidates to respond to\, come prepared to write it down on a notecard for it to be turned in to EJ to read. Any registration that comes in after this deadline will be put on a waiting list and billed an additional $5 (if space allows).\n Prepayment is highly encouraged and appreciated.\n Reservations not kept will be billed.\n\n\nRegistrations must be canceled by 12 pm on October 14 to receive credit. Non-cancellation will result in being billed for the luncheon as we have to provide our host business a guaranteed number of attendees prior to our arrival.
