Participants will have the opportunity to examine how their Implicit Biases toward others create "walls and fences" resulting in the inability to move to full acceptance of people different from themselves. The presentation will focus on the need to challenge our biases and the filters by which we see the world with the goal of embracing others without judgment.\n\n\n\n\n\nFriday\, December 7: Developing Your Leadership Influence presented by Libby Ehrig\, Facilitator\, ATW Training Solutions\n\n\n Are the people you lead committed to their work\, their teams\, and organizational results? Most employees are merely compliant they come to work\, do the minimum\, and leave. In this session\, we'll look at what takes to become a more influential leader\, no matter your role. We'll also introduce you to The Five Levels of Leadership\, a specific model to lead people to higher levels of commitment.
