\n\nSteve and his wife\, Sabrina\, have been married for 21 years and have four children: twins Amelia and Abigail\, Alexander\, and Arianna. In his free time\, he enjoys coaching baseball\, golfing with his son\, and cheering on his youngest daughter at dance competitions.

David Siebert was named CEO of NCMIC in 2025\, bringing nearly 30 years of company experience to the role. He began his career in 1995 as a claims representative and has since held a variety of leadership roles\, including Litigation Consultant\, Assistant Vice President\, Senior Vice President\, and President of NCMIC Insurance Company.

\nOver the years\, David has led strategic initiatives across NCMIC&rsquo\;s insurance and agency operations\, overseeing programs for chiropractors\, naturopathic doctors\, physicians\, dentists\, and attorneys. He has driven growth\, strengthened partnerships\, and helped enhance profitability - all while staying rooted in the company&rsquo\;s mission.
