\n Brad Schabel brings more than 15 years of human resources\, diversity\, equity and inclusion\, compliance\, operations and team leadership experience to his current role as Chief Operating Officer of Schabel Solutions. This includes five years of experience managing the Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity (AA/EEO) and pay equity programs of Principal Financial Group while helping lead and execute the organization&rsquo\;s diversity\, equity and inclusion programs. He has served as a board member of the Equal Employment Advisory Council (now the Center for Workplace Compliance)\, a national trade association\, based in Washington D.C.\, dedicated to the advancement of practical and effective AA/EEO compliance programs to eliminate workplace discrimination.
