All member Business Owners/Presidents are invited to participate.  Everyone must sign a confidentiality clause.\n\n\n\nThis month's topic will focus on total wellbeing in the workplace with EFR - Employee Family Resource\, Renee Neppl.  Employers are facing challenges with presenteeism in the workplace and how this impacts loss of productivity. \n\n\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\n	\n		\n			\n			Renee Neppl is making a difference by connecting Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to businesses of all sizes in an effort to increase employee productivity and total well-being of leaders\, employees and their families. As a Sales Account Executive at EFR - Employee & Family Resources and Urbandale Chamber Connector\, she enjoys fostering relationships and pursuing her passion in developing and supporting today's workforce. She has more than 20 years in talent program management\, consulting\, career coaching\, recruiting\, diversity and sales. She enjoys spending time at the lake and time with family and friends.
