I have lived in Urbandale since moving here from Minnesota in 2006.  I have 4 kids, one in college at U of South Dakota, two at Urbandale High School and one at Urbandale Middle School.  I opened Fully Promoted this year.  Fully Promoted is locally owned and operated by me.  It is a franchise, so I do have global reach!  I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about your business!  Please reach out if you ever have any questions about what I do, or if you would like to grab a coffee!

For over 20 years of working for a professional hockey team and entertainment arena, I helped develop over 500 interpersonal relationships with all the different departments I was involved with on a yearly basis. This is how I sum up my career. I help people fall in love with their sports and entertainment experiences. I get people excited about their upcoming event(s) by organizing and servicing their experience from start to after the event has finished. This builds trust with my clients. It provides them incentive to want to come back and refer their friends, family and business associates to get involved as well. 

From a young age I have always been involved in helping others in one way or another to the point that my career is built entirely around one thought, "my mission is to help you achieve yours." 

I founded my company 30 years ago on coaching, consulting and facilitating. I work with individuals and companies large and small in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors helping them to develop crystal clear strategy, operationalize their plans, build and lead better teams, increase work/life satisfaction, optimize their talent pool and increase overall personal, professional and organizational performance.

When not working I love spending time with grandkids, fly fishing, exploring history or having a beverage with people I care about.
 

Bryan is the founder and co-owner  of Kaizen Health and Wellness. After completing his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, Bryan received a direct commission into the U.S. Navy and served for five years at Naval Hospitals in Bremerton, WA and Okinawa, Japan.The military provided him with extensive clinical and managerial experiences. During his time in the Navy, Bryan completed a musculoskeletal residency and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In 2019, following his military service, Bryan moved back to the Des Moines metro and started Kaizen Health and Wellness. Kaizen is the Japanese word for “continuous improvement” or “change for the better.” 

With a background of business management and finance, I'm here to simplify payment processing for businesses all across Iowa and the surrounding midwest. Think of me as your dedicated problem solver and one-stop-shop for processing and point of sale.

Hello, my name is Kris Klabunde, I am originally from Davenport, IA. I played baseball and studied business administration at Iowa Wesleyan University. For the previous 8 years, I was in construction sales. Now at Paychex, we partner with business owners to streamline the responsibilities of HR, Payroll, and Benefits. So, the business owner can focus on the growth of their company and taking care of the client. Excited for the opportunity to connect with you all!

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.
