I founded Capitol Benefits Group in 2019. Marcie Strouse joined as my business partner in 2020.  I currently serve as president and partner.

Capitol Benefits Group is an independent benefits agency located right here in Central Iowa. Our team specializes in group insurance and customized benefits solutions to give companies a competitive edge when attracting and retaining top talent. We take a strategic approach to analyzing employee recruitment and retention needs, and budget, then develop a targeted strategy to satisfy those needs and add value with insurance solutions and HR support.
