About Us

I bring a calm, people-first approach to real estate, shaped by more than two decades of experience in sales, leadership, and professional development. My interest in real estate grew from my own personal journey — buying and selling my homes and even building one from choosing the lot through closing day. I understand firsthand that moving, downsizing, or starting a new chapter is both a practical decision and a deeply personal one.


I specialize in working with downsizers and empty nesters, helping clients make thoughtful, confident decisions that align with their lifestyle today. I’m known for listening closely and guiding with clarity, and I believe my role is to make the process feel manageable, informed, and well supported — never rushed or transactional.


Before transitioning into real estate, I held leadership roles with organizations including Principal Financial Group, Coventry Healthcare, and EFR Employee & Family Resources. In those roles, I helped individuals and teams navigate change, experience I now bring to clients who are navigating life transitions through real estate.


Outside of real estate, I enjoy football, gardening, golf, reading, and spending time outdoors. I treasure time with my husband Mike, our children, and grandchildren, and I believe the best homes are the ones that support comfort, connection, and the life you want to live next.
