As a mom and physician, our products were created when my daughter, Megan, was diagnosed with autism. She was placed on a gluten, dairy, and soy-free diet. I made what did not exist-a healthier cookie dough that was awesome whether eaten as is or baked. Being a lifelong baker, this was quite a challenge, but not impossible.
