Iowa Fraud Fighters Fall Mixer

On behalf of the Iowa Insurance Division and the Iowa Attorney General’s Office, you are invited to a FREE upcoming Fraud Fighters Fall Mixer on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 5-7 p.m. at the Machine Shed Restaurant in Urbandale, Iowa for an evening of important conversations and networking. Food will be provided. New innovations and technology are becoming more and more integrated into our lives and the lives of our loved ones and those we care for. Now more than ever, scams and fraud are impacting our aging generations, and it's important we know and can share the tools to protect them. At the Fall Mixer event, we will discuss how to shield savings from scammers and fraudulent investments, arm yourself and others with prevention tips, and learn how to avoid scams. Fraud Fighters is a program created by Iowans who have pledged to be informed and careful investors. You can become an Iowa Fraud Fighter by empowering yourself to fight and report fraud.
