Location: 12421 Meredith Dr. in Urbandale Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound Call Center) Shifts: 8 hour shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pay: $16/hour Duration: 6 months Skills: • Ability to provide quality customer service in a high volume call center environment • Aptitude to quickly learn benefit plans and explain them to customers • Reliable, professional, and service oriented individuals • New Graduates and Veterans welcome!
