Join Jordan Dougherty, Lead Recruiter for Engineering & Manufacturing for Palmer Group, for "Leveling Up Within Your Organization". Learn more about how to openly communicate and build relationship in the workplace, how to grow professionally within your organization, and how to ask for a pay raise without creating a negative perception of yourself. The Branding Yourself as a Professional Workshop Series is designed to provide young professionals with information to excel in their professional and civic endeavors. The series includes four different workshop classes. Participants will be introduced to new tools to bolster their careers, interact with leaders, and be challenged as future leaders.

Jordan Dougherty is a Lead Recruiter at Palmer Group, an employment agency that has enhanced and empowered Iowa?s workforce by forming connections that matter for over 20 years. Like many of his colleagues, Jordan is passionate about helping others. He enjoys coaching and mentoring others and aspires to gain more involvement in training & development at the company level.
