Every month members of the Urbandale Chamber come together to network, enjoy lunch and listen to a speaker to learn about happenings in Urbandale and around the Greater Des Moines Area.

Description: Most people are averse to change. We want to keep going in the same direction, even if we're starting to get hints that that might be the wrong path. When should we stay committed to our vision, and when do we need to recognize the signs and change course? 
 
Erin Rollenhagen is no stranger to change. At age 27, she quit a lucrative job as a software developer to start her own company - on the verge of the worst economic recession of our lifetime. As she built her business in this harsh environment, she faced multiple heart-wrenching challenges. Erin will walk you through her story with humor and love - and the lessons she's learned about navigating an ever-evolving path and finding peace and joy amid chaos.
 
Erin is the founder and CEO of Entrepreneurial Technologies, an Urbandale-based custom software company, and has also founded or co-founded three other tech startups. She is the 2018 Chairwoman of the Board of the Technology Association of Iowa.
