Strategic Startup, From Chaos to Control Weekly Sessions

This program is designed for business owners who have been in business 3-years or less to learn the foundational essentials of business ownership.

Learn budgeting/financials, time management, goal setting, marketing, taxes, systematizing, team building and even succession planning.  Facilitated by Greg Thompson, Action Coach, this weekly workshop is meant to provide essential tools for businesses in order to gain a solid business foundation as the business begins to build.  You must attend all six sessions every Thursday from 8-9:30 a.m.from April 20th - May 18th.
