Callista Gould, author of the book, The Exceptional Professional: What You Need to Know to Grow Your Career, and the founder of the Culture and Manners Institute presents the workshop Professionalism in the Age of AI. Professionalism is personal. Artificial Intelligence can make matters intensely personal or isolate us further. We’ll explore cases involving AI and its impact on certain industries, have breakout discussions on the predicaments and possibilities, and think creatively and strategically on how it might impact our own careers.
Callista Gould is a certified etiquette instructor who speaks at businesses and universities across the U.S. Prior to this, she was Director of Marketing for InterTech Media, a pioneer in web video-based in Stamford, Connecticut; Manager of Public Relations for Amana Appliances in Amana, Iowa; and Marketing and Event Planning for Sony Music in Chicago for artists such as Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Ozzy Osborne, and Korn. She has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelors in English and Medieval Studies from the University of Iowa. Her etiquette expertise has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, and The Des Moines Register.
