We will discuss applicable, right now, useful information that you can use now and teach some very simple, yet powerful ways to thrive instead of just survive. We want to teach you ways to slow down the clock and enjoy the quality of tapping into and bio hacking (naturally) the body's own healing and perfomance process.
Our special guest is from Iowa City by way of Netherlands Europe! She is a Nutritionist, Culinary Chef, Business Owner and Cancer survivor whose passions has always been to help others from the inside and out with better health. Mrs. Tirza Chocolaad Bryant.
