Katie Nyberg CLD, CPD, CNPE, owner of The Iowa Baby Lady will be here for our first Women's Wellness Event. She will be talking with us about having a postpartum preparation plan which includes preparing for mom's physical and emotional recover, preparing the family for the new baby, and making day to day life a bit easier with the new baby at home. She will also be doing a car seat demonstration for installation and safety! Whether you are a first time mom or a veteran, this will be a great class for you! Also, we will have Megan with Batch Balanced here and a few giveaways to raffle off at the end of the night from other local businesses! You won't want to miss it!
