What you will do:

• Create and update control reports to mitigate risks identified in the operational risk register
• Evaluate processes to identify control gaps and map policies and regulations to corresponding risk mitigation measures
• Deploy controls and assess their effectiveness through ongoing monitoring and post-implementation evaluations
• Assist in change management by providing guidance on control measures for proposed changes
• Perform root cause analysis on customer-reported issues and QA findings
• Partner with analysts to gain comprehensive insight into operational processes

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in operational/business analysis and process improvement
• Proficiency in using SAS to design control reports
• SQL knowledge (preferred)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivation with strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines
