Kitchen Prep- 2 days/ week, daytime hours

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep team member to join our award-winning kitchen (Dinner Dispatch is the 2026 Windsor Heights Chamber Business of the Year and the 2020 Des Moines West Side Chamber Business of the Year)! In this role, you’ll play an important part in preparing fresh ingredients and meal components accurately, efficiently, and safely so our customers receive high-quality meals every time. Openings on our team are rare because our employees tend to stay, grow, and build their careers with us—with an average tenure of over 3 years.

The ideal candidate is a team player who follows recipes and food safety standards carefully, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the workspace clean and organized. Whether you have previous food-service experience or are eager to learn, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to take initiative, and committed to doing their best work as part of a team.
