The Partnership Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and execution of all client services and corporate events. This position will work closely with the Partnership Success and Premium Seating Director and cross-functional teams, handling everything from creative asset coordination to event planning and client relationship management. The Manager, Partnership Success will oversee key processes and ensure all initiatives align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Director, Partnership Success and Premium Seating and internal teams to manage artwork, photos, scheduling, and planning for corporate events, concourse tables, and other client-facing activities.
  • Ensure that all client needs are met with a focus on high-quality service and seamless execution.
  • Work directly with department staff on a client-to-client basis to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
  • Participate in all organization promotion meetings, ensuring client priorities are properly represented and addressed.
  • Oversee the planning, organizing, and execution of all corporate events from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Success Director and Marketing team to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Execute and manage all administrative processes, including AHL Analytics, Global Search, Asset Tracker, and Salesforce to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and data on client interactions, events, and progress towards KPIs.
  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful alignment and execution of client programs and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • College degree required in Sports Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Two to four years of experience in client services, event planning, or partnership management.
  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience with corporate event planning and execution, with a focus on detail and client satisfaction.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions:

  • Available traditional business hours in addition to evenings, weekends and/or holidays for games or events. 
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc. 
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs.
