Urbandale Residents Asked to Take Survey to Guide Nonprofit's Work with Schools and Alumni

The Urbandale Schools and Alumni Foundation, a nonprofit supporter of UCSD students and educators, asks for your input! Visit https://forms.gle/tTRifyimukUKDXVv5 to take the community survey. Survey participants are eligible for a prize drawing that includes a complimentary foursome at the 2025 URBSAF golf tournament and one of two $100 gift cards to the UCSD apparel store.

The Urbandale Schools and Alumni Foundation (URBSAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the educational experience of all students and educators in the Urbandale Community School District by funding projects and initiatives not supported within existing school budgets. 

URBSAF is in a unique position to provide support for Urbandale schools, award scholarships to Urbandale High School graduates and connect Urbandale alumni through the partnership of URBSAF, Urbandale Alumni Association and Urbandale Dollars for Scholars.
