Line Seven apartment community announced for Urbandale
The city of Urbandale and Hubbell Realty Co. are working together to bring affordable housing to a larger apartment community proposed for Urbandale and Dallas county. The Urbandale City Council approved a development agreement with Hubbell Realty Co. for the Line Seven apartment community that would be at the southwest corner of 142nd Street and Waterford Road.
