Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to devise and implement functionalities within Dynamics CRM and Power Apps
- Deliver end-user training sessions and craft training materials
- Offer system support, troubleshoot challenges, and implement improvements
- Cooperate with BAs to streamline testing and deployment processes
- Assist in deployment activities and oversee system migration
- Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics CRM and backend systems
- Ensure the stability and performance of Dynamics CRM environments while staying vigilant for potential issues and optimizing performance
- Remain up to date on the latest Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Profound understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
- Capacity to work individually and collaboratively, strong prioritization skills, and ability to adapt to changing environments
